Francis Kong Press Conference with the IEF Ignite Empower Flourish Team

Francis Kong is one of my favorite Inspirational Speaker, I attended many of his talks and I am always satisfied, I learned a lot...That's why when I saw a post about a Press Conference with him, I am super excited to be part of it even I live in Cabuyao Laguna, I am ok to travel Greenhills because I know it will always be worth my time ... But because of his so hectic schedule , he is not there but it okay, the IEF Team makes a very inspiring talk about what is Success for them during the conference...

The first staff who shared was Ms. Cecil, Success for her is viewed differently by different people. Being your best today can make a lot of difference in your life...Success lies in our Conscious effort, then our habit, the or unconscious side then becomes you....Success cannot be patterned to others...You can be inspired by others but you cannot be others, be you! Next is Mr. Eric , Success for him is Base on the choices we make every day..Start with the belief then results...we create results....we always have a choice, we are empowered.... Do the things you do because you are committed not just to please a boss..Racing the awareness of individual....Change starts from within, believe that you can, u can make a difference in your lives...Every moment is a moment of choice....choice = prize to pay..Live an empowered life...we can all a hero for ourselves...before you can be a hero to others...

Next is Mr. Jerry for him We always need to change the perspective of our lives... Success is failure because through failure we learn...the moment you see many people giving thanks to one another that's what success is all about...success gives strength...

IEF started December 2015... My impression with the team is they are all so amazing... In their youth they already love to inspire people... They are so empowered by their belief that they can really make a difference in this world ... IEF team supports Students from Zamboanga in their school for minimum of 12 months. That Advocacy is so amazing... So lets all be excited in their upcoming schedules of talks, Like their schedule this coming October 18, 2016 at AFP Theater 2:00 -4:00pm with our very own Francis Kong, He will share Success through personal values, and this is for the benefit of World Vision...
