Leadership is not about having the loudest voice, but its about being heard.... Leadership is not leaving one behind, In companies or other organization, we tend to leave people when you find they're weak but that's not leadership. It's bringing out the best out of every people that you have.. In any game its not always getting ahead , but showing how you value each team and exercising teamwork....We cant always think about ourselves and not be mindful about others... Let us always lead by example not by words....
